Xbox Wire announces cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC availability and names Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Those are access methods and subscription statements. A locally installed multiplayer session and a cloud session may have different client and device requirements, so do not assume that a working local controller setup proves all cloud arrangements.
