Chained Beasts Launch: Release Date, Platforms and Demo

Featherweight Games announced Chained Beasts for October 15, 2026, at 17:00 UTC, across Steam and the named console platforms. That is October 16 at 01:00 in Singapore. This article records the announcement; it does not claim every regional storefront has already unlocked at the time you read it.

What is the announced release time?

The September platform announcement states October 15 at 10:00 AM PDT, equivalent to 17:00 UTC. Regional store displays can use different dates or time zones. Check the store’s current purchase or play state when deciding whether your particular version is available.

The date alone can be misleading for readers east of UTC. Our displayed article date is October 15, when these official details were checked, rather than a claim that a launch-time hands-on review is complete.

Where is the game launching?

The developer names Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. It also announced Game Pass inclusion for Xbox and Windows PC from day one. The Steam listing identifies Windows and macOS support.

For playing with friends on different systems, see the cross-play overview. Platform availability alone is not a full matchmaking compatibility chart.

What happens to the Demo?

The developer said the Carthage Demo would be taken offline when the full game launches. Do not rely on an old article promising a permanently available free Demo. Store availability at the moment you visit remains the final check.

The full campaign adds the named chapters Germania and Rome beyond Carthage. Our progression guide distinguishes those launch details from older Demo coverage.

Where should a new player start?

Use the official store for installation and current pricing. Then follow the beginner guide and choose the multiplayer guide if you are bringing a crew. We link to official stores rather than third-party download mirrors.
